No more steak envy! Gambardeli’s Meat Free Vegan Steaks are tender,high protein slices that give the chewy texture that many people seek. The steaks are perfect for frying, before drizzling with oil braising or grilling on the BBQ. You can slice or cube them to use in your favourite recipes. Turn the tables! Let your omnivorous friends envy your plate. Each individual pack contains approx 190g (2 steaks) and is 100% Juicy Vegan protein.
One of our favourite ways to cook the steaks is to marinade them in a little oil, lemon or lime juice, pinch of herbs such as thyme, some chopped garlic and fresh red chilli, salt and pepper. Simply remove and fry or grill them. Swap out the herbs for your favourite or add some paprika or cayenne for a spicy kick.

NUTRITIONAL INFORMATION
Ingredients: Wheat flour, Soya sauce, Water, Soya beans, Wheat & Salt.
*Allergens in bold. Nuts present in production environment.
Instructions for use: Store in fridge. Remove all packaging and use within 48 hours of opening. If opened any leftover need to be rewrapped and frozen immediately as the vacuum packing preserve the steaks. Cook before use. Thaw throughly if frozen before cooking so that the heat will penetrate through the steak.
